Quality engineers inspecting precision components with measurement instruments

Quality Assurance

Quality confirmed in China — before it becomes your problem

Defects are cheapest to find at the factory. CoreCrest audits suppliers, inspects production in process, verifies goods before shipment and witnesses container loading, with documented reporting on every step.

Overview

Independent verification, not supplier self-certification

A supplier's own quality report describes what the supplier wants you to see. Independent inspection describes what is actually in the carton — measured against an agreed inspection standard and an approved golden sample.

We define the acceptance criteria before production starts: critical dimensions, functional tests, cosmetic standards, marking, packaging and AQL sampling levels. Inspection then becomes objective rather than negotiable.

When defects are found, we manage the corrective process — rework, re-inspection or rejection — and hold shipment until the agreed standard is met.

Client Outcomes

What documented quality control prevents

  • Defective goods discovered only after arrival in your market
  • Certification claims that do not survive scrutiny
  • Quantity and packaging discrepancies at container level
  • Unauthorised material or component substitutions
  • Warranty and reputational cost carried by your brand
  • Disputes without evidence to support your position
